Welcome to Social Wizard

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Social Wizard mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Odanta LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Social Wizard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Social Wizard mobile application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

This license does not permit you to:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

Everyone who downloads Social Wizard is entitled to use the app and its features for 3 days free (free trial), after which you have the option to subscribe to keep using the app. Without the subscription fee, it won't be possible to make the app available to everyone else.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Social Wizard only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

Social Wizard uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions for social interactions. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content will be suitable for every situation.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes only
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestion
  • We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content
  • AI suggestions do not constitute professional advice

6. User Content and Data

When you upload chat screenshots, photos, or provide situation details to the Service, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service to you.

7. Age Restrictions

Social Wizard is rated for ages 13 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Odanta LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ODANTA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
